DHM (District Head Manager)/Area Sales Manager
Job Description: Has to manage a team of 10-15 Executives
- A DHM will have to recruit maximum 50 BDMs for one district & Minimum team Strength of 10 BDMs.
- To develop marketing campaigns to promote product, service or idea.
- Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Managing budgets for the district(finance management).
- Group has more than 15 products Like Gi Tech India Franchise ,Website development & Software development, Advertisement , Marketing ,Food & Beverages ,Films & Production ,Agriculture ,Business Promotion ,Help India Help (Pension Plan) from MMSS Group.
- Sales & Marketing of these products.
- Handling of BDMs
- Responsible for the business of the district.
Package: 2 lakh-3.5 lakh per annum
